Borrower Criteria
· Personal Guarantee from Borrower
· 620 Minimum Middle FICO Score*
· $5,000 Cash on Deposit

Property Criteria
· Investment Property Only (No Owner Occupant Properties)
· Maximum 75% of the After Repaired Value
· First Mortgage Only

*Exceptions can be made to this criteria for on going customers with compensating factors
